The Deposition Transcript Analyzer launcher: document slots, inputs, and what you get

What you need

Without the reference slot, a claimed prior inconsistent statement has nothing to be checked against. If you want verified contradictions rather than asserted ones, upload the prior statements.

Inputs

How it runs

A matrix-review pipeline: prepare → extract → wait for extraction → normalize and score → synthesize → render. Extraction pulls admissions, damaging testimony, prior inconsistent statements, exhibits, and objections from each transcript with verbatim page:line cites. Synthesis then compares statements across witnesses, and the synthesis verifier drops contradictions that cite a transcript outside the set or assert testimony that came back not-found.

What you get

What this will not do

  • Replace trial counsel for the final cross-examination plan or live courtroom judgment calls.
  • Predict how a witness will perform under live cross or on redirect.
  • Authenticate or admit prior statements and exhibits over evidentiary objections.
  • Verify that the uploaded transcripts are the certified final versions, or check court-reporter signatures.
  • Substitute for re-reading the cited passages before you use them at trial.

Cross-Examination Prep Brief

Takes the analysis further into chapter framing and impeachment lines.
